1. Complete the online Financial Aid Application (one for each player in your family). You will either upload income verification documents or email them separately to vp_programming@nortac.org after submission.

2. Download and complete an application (one for each player in your family). Email the completed application and all required income verification documents to vp_programming@nortac.org.
