Financial Aid for 2025-2026

NORTAC actively raises funds throughout the year in order to provide opportunities for local youth to play soccer regardless of their family’s financial status.

Financial aid is offered as either a 50% or 25% reduction in annual player fees; NORTAC does not provide financial aid for the “full” amount (e.g. 100%) of the club fees.

There is a limited amount of financial aid available each year, so it’s recommended that you submit an application as soon as your player has been invited to join a Sparta team or registration has opened for the NORTAC soccer season.

• Applications must be fully completed and accompanied by all required supporting documentation; incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Family income is based on household totals, including all adults living in the home.
• Decisions are based on Federal Poverty Guidelines (adjusted to family size), with consideration made for the cost of living in Washington state.
• A separate application must be submitted for each player, each year.
• Award decisions are dependent upon funding levels and other changing circumstances, and may change from year to year.
• Please do not submit an application without first being invited to a Sparta team, or before NORTAC registration opens.
• Financial aid cannot be applied toward late fees, team tournament fees, or Sparta uniform costs.

Apply for financial aid one of two ways:

1. Complete the online Financial Aid Application (one for each player in your family). You will either upload income verification documents or email them separately to vp_programming@nortac.org after submission.
